Yaohua  manufacturers Extremely Flexible Pyro-Textiles Products can withstand repeated exposures to

molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C). These specially designed

compound sheds molten metal splash immediately, so very little heat transfer occurs.

These products are made from  incombustible  E-type Fiber glass yarns and are covered in a thick layer of

red silicone rubber which provides a high level of heat and fire insulation.

When exposed to flame, the silicone rubber transforms into a crust, creating a protective SiO2 refractory

layer thus providing effective protection against burns from hot hoses and flexible steamlines, while

reducing heat energy losses.

fuels, Pyro- Textiles Fabric, insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing, protects

employees from burns and allows shielding of induction furnace cables from splashes

of molten metal.These fabric are braided from incombustible E-type Fiber glass yarns

and are covered in a thick layer of red silicone rubber which provides a high level of

Product Description

Silicone Coated Fiberglass Rope is fabricated from knitted type or braided type E

fiberglass and then coated with a high grade high-temperature silicone rubber. The

rope can be partially or completely coated (partially coated rope allows for gluing or

other methods of fastening). This rope can also be fabricated into a closed ring and is

ideal for many gasket and sealing applications on boilers and similar industrial

appliances. This high-temperature rope is most often used as a seal where a high

degree of air or gas or liquid tightness is required.
 
Application
It is designed to be used as a seal in environments that are exposed to the hazards of

high heat and occasional flame or molten metal splash, slag, sparks and contamination.
